Log Cake served the Traditional Way
The Ingredients:
Home grounded wheat flour
mixed with superior quality New Zealand butter and cream, combined with fresh
farm eggs and refined Malaysian sugar. Adding a twist to the taste our own
Malaysian cocoa.
The Dish:
Being a Christmas Season, what
else, but this Holy Log to add to a grand finale to this magnificence dinner.
Baking has being his life long ambition and passing on the knowledge’s to our
younger generations proof to be a rewarding cause.
With over 30 years in the
industry, Chef Bruce has won many prestigious awards and allocates thru his
unending career. Chef Bruce with his refine fingers has created many master show
pieces to wow even Royalties and Commoner in progression.
