The Ingredients:

Chef Mok using selected Penang bred Duckling mixed with imported China Salted Vegetables, Dried Black Mushroom, Fatt Choy & Dried Scallops. Enhancing with crisp imported vegetables lends a refreshing taste.

 

The Dish:

A traditional Chinese Dish perfected by the inter marriage of Chinese and Local Malay hence born the “Nyonya.” This recipe brought down through generations somehow land upon Chef Mok. Blending fresh smoked local duck with imported salted vegetables, black mushroom & dried scallop cooked into a hearty soup enhancing with crisp imported vegetable brings a refreshing aroma of the past.

Chef Mok has work more than 31 years on his way up the ladder of the Kitchen Organization. Having many hard knocks & punches, going thru the local U, Chef Mok had finally emerges a humble yet knowledgeable Executive Chef of International Hotels. Passion and Respect of the elderly has prompt Chef Mok in presenting this old faithful dish wit a twist of modernization.
