Ingredients:
Chef
Andy preferred in using home bred tender and juicy Ostrich meat combined with
varieties of Tropical Spices and Herbs. Selected grains of Rice from our
Malaysian Rice Valley and top grade Peanut from Menglembu of our Silver State,
Perak.
The
Dish:
Broiling the tender juicy Ostrich meat, which had being marinated with all the traditional spices and herbs into perfection. Serving this Ostrich Kebab is like serving our Malaysia Satay with onion, cucumber; compress rice and Chef Andy special concoction of Peanut Sauce.
Chef
Andy comes with over 17 years of culinary experiences working in International
Hotels and gaining much exposure from presenting Malaysian Cuisines in
Switzerland, New Zealand, Korea and India.
In
presenting this unique dish “Ostrich Kebab,” Chef Andy has utilized his much
gain experiences into creating the dish, using local products that are in
appreciation to our quality Malaysian products.
