fresh Cauliflower & Pumpkin from the highlands of Malaysia combine with
air-flown in Fresh Portabella Mushroom and Ruby Wolfberries coming from the Far
East gives a perfect setting fit for the Emperor.

Dish:
Chef Adolf brings you the
freshness of our highland vegetables, blending with the Portabella Mushroom from
the West and Ruby Wolfberries from the East in creating a well balance healthy
and refreshing dish.
The
Golden Puree of Pumpkin lends its sweetness to the dish making a contrasting
Emperor looks.
With
over 18 years of working experience, which bring me around a few continents,
creating new dishes with the freshness of ingredients and combination of
products from East to West or North to South had being my greatest achievement.
