Blachan Fried Rice “A La Gurney”

Fried Rice with Shrimp Paste Served with Assorted Julienne Vegetables,

Chicken Fillet and Cashew Nuts

 

The Ingredients:

 

Chef Ong carefully selected grains of top quality Rice from our Malaysian Rice Valley. Finely grinded sun dried fresh shrimp from the Andaman Sea. Freshly deboned Chicken and skillfully roasted cashew nuts are prepared for this dish. Mastery slices of julienne vegetables are complimented to the dish.

 

The Dish:

 

Chef Ong personal preference, using his 28 years of culinary experience and knowledge, he presented this dish with great care and pride. Chef Ong using the best ingredients and superb skills, dishes this wonderful and stomach filling dish with a twist from the norm. Serving fresh gingerly sliced vegetable as condiment, adds a mouthful delight. The aroma and taste are perfectly combined to give a sensual feeling in your taste buds.
