Served with Fresh Enoki Mushroom and Tau Mew Vegetables in Superior Sauce

The Ingredients:

Chef Andy selected Abalone from the Atlantic Ocean, Fresh Enoki Mushroom from Japan, Fresh homegrown Tau Mew Vegetables from the Hill of Cameron Highland. 

The Dish:

The combination of ingredients coming from around the world, shows that Chef Andy vast experiences in his field. Utilizing his Oriental knowledge’s coupled with superior ingredients; Chef Andy is presenting his favorite dish of “Wok Grilled Abalone” for your enjoyment.

Before presenting this dish, Chef Andy with over 18 years of culinary skills has travel and work in many countries, to name a few Sri Lanka, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and of course Malaysia. He has not only won many awards in culinary competitions but also received an award “Metro Award Bangkok” for the Best Chinese Restaurant in Thailand in 2001.

So in conclusion, Chef Andy is at his Best with his culinary skill in presenting this superior dish and wishing all a wonderful adventure.
